Dale McKinney, AIA, Sioux City, IA, is the founding partner at M Plus Architects. He has served the profession as the president of AIA Iowa and as the Central States regional director on the AIA national board of directors from 1997-1999. A graduate of Iowa State University, McKinney holds the NCARB Certificate and is licensed in Iowa, Arizona, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, and South Dakota.
Dale's 30 plus years of experience covers the full range of professional services. He has worked on a variety of facility types. He balances his architectural work with a variety of active volunteer service in the community including civic and nonprofit groups.

Stephen Nolan, LLP, Boston Massachusetts, focuses on affordable housing and community development, especially transactions involving the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit and the New Markets Tax Credit. He is one of a small number of attorneys nationally who are recognized as technical specialists in creating complex legal and financial structures for real estate developments using the New Markets Tax Credit program.
Steve has represented numberous community development entities in closing more than forty New Markets Tax Credit financings for a broad range of projects, including health care facilities, commercial facilities, a manufacturing plant, office and retail buildings, and mixed-use projects.
